So I just worked it out and if I keep going the way I have been for the last 8 days il be at my goal weight by Christmas/new years 😌

If that isn't motivation for me to not slip up I don't know what is! ✨️

I didn't really set a time goal and tbf in the back of my head I was only thinking a 24 hour so meh.

Tomorrow I'm going to have a good work out day as I know i will have to have at least 1 meal, ☺️

I am walking more! I know rationally it's probably water weight or the old 💩 factor but jesus after a really hard week of resisting binges and not going over limits and moving more it just sucks 😕
