I think it’s useful to have a name for the class of people who were and are oppressed on the basis of possessing a body with a layout to produce large gametes, that is a group of people who exist and are at risk for further violence on the basis of this reproductive role. As this role is called ‘female’ in every other mammalian context, I think Female Human is a fine term for them. If transmedicalists want to keep woman to mean ‘Anyone with secondary sex characteristics that resembles the other sex’, they can do that but all things considered in 2025, I doubt the value in denying the existence of primary sex characteristics entirely. I also don’t see the value in separating prisons based on secondary sex characteristics.

‘Why I never want babies’

An increasing number of South Korean women are choosing not to marry, not to have children, and not even to have relationships with men. With the lowest fertility rate in the world, the country’s population will start shrinking unless something changes.

No I will not "look at the bright side" or "think positively" because I was born in a country where women don't have it as horrible as in other places. I didn't fucking choose to be born here, and they didn't choose to be born anywhere else.

I didn't choose to be born in a country where I'm kind of viewed as an equal human being by most people despite the anatomy I didn't choose to have. Those 150 estimated pakistani women didn't fucking choose to have acid thrown at their faces. The women of america didn't choose the reality they live in right now.

I was lucky to be born in Sweden. I shouldn't have to consider being treated as a living, breathing human being as something lucky just because I have a fucking vagina.

It really speaks to the continued expectation of women’s emotional labour and physical sacrifice that women were/are expected to allow men who wear dresses into their spaces before men were ever expected to maybe not harass and maybe even accommodate gender non conforming men

Most Radfems and the like don’t respect DNIs- which I honestly think kind of sucks in its own way. You don’t owe me or anyone your time or attention and I’m not owed access to your blog. A DNI is a polite request to respect a boundary and you- the person reading this- your right to your own space and your own boundaries matters. Never let anyone make you believe the lines that you place don’t matter.
