My mirror selfies were super cute this weekend 😊… I finally got my hair done and I’ve been working out more consistently so I’m feeling like an actual adult rn
Making homemade apple pie filling! I’m doing two apple pies for Thanksgiving this year. One for my family, and one for my boyfriend’s family.
It’s my first time making any pie ever, and not only did I make the filling myself, but I’ll be making the crust myself too. I’m really excited to see everyone’s reactions.
These are still really really helpful for me to do!!

The most delicious smoothie I have ever had (that or I was just intensely craving a fresh drink after a 3 hours long hike through the sunny wild mountains… ⛰☀️✨🐾 Or maybe it’s both.) .:. Bananas + frozen blueberries + açaí powder + spring water. 👅🙏🏼💗 Thank you Mamma Earth for all this abundance & deliciousness & beauty
A few weeks ago I watched forks over knives then what the health a few days later (I’d highly recommend both) but I’ve somehow convinced my nonna, uncle, dad and sisters to watch it as well and even one of my cousins (plus another caught only fifteen minutes of it and that was enough for him to change his mind) but I’m honestly just so excited and proud of my family for being open minded and wanting to try being mostly plant based!! 🙊🍃🐮✨
Your girl is obsessed with green smoothies now. It’s my new favorite way to wake up - after lemon water or tea - and it’s refreshing, nutritious, energizing, and healthy. I’ve been experimenting quite a bit lately, and I’ve come up with a pretty surefire recipe 😋
1 frozen banana 1 frozen apple (or raw, if you like your smoothie less chunky) 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 cup coconut yogurt (I tried frozen coconut chunks but it made the texture a little funky) 1 cup spinach 1 cup baby kale 1 inch stick raw ginger (this will really wake you up, and helps clear out your system ;)
I topped it with chia seeds and hemp seeds as always, but feel free to experiment with coconut chips, berries, fruit, etc. Let me know how you all like it!
Echinacea Tea for the Common Cold
Echinacea tea is used to relieve the symptoms of a cold, and according to some studies it can even shorten the duration of a cold. Extracts of echinacea support the body’s immune system, increasing the number of white blood cells which help fight infection.
While echinacea doesn’t generally cause problems for people, it can interact with some medications, so please do further research before deciding whether it’s the right solution for you.
