Not so cool theory i hope doesn't come true : after the eggpire gets de-egged someone will suggest putting C!Bad/the other eggpire members in the prison
/rp *lays down in the grass* sam was the first ever person to visit tommy in exile, and left to make sure tommy was okay as soon as he found out it was happening. sam spent literally 20 minutes searching for him and spying on his conversations with dream and ghostbur. he was even spotted by dream and escorted all the way back home, but then went back and made the journey again as soon as dream was gone. this was before the path to logstedshire in the nether had been created. he offered to hide tommy from dream if tommy felt like he needed it. and then that very same night, dream approached sam and commissioned him to build pandora’s vault, redirecting his attention away from tommy
/rp im still never gonna be over the fact that, after tommy’s prison break-in stream, the general fandom response was “how could sam stop caring about tommy like that!?” when, if you’ve been keeping up with sam’s arc over the past few months, that stream did nothing but show how much he adores tommy
when ponk stole sam’s old keycards and even entertained the idea of breaking into prison, sam took his life, and his arm. sam gave him warnings, yes, but when ponk went through with it anyways sam showed him no mercy
compare this to tommy, who actually broke in. who got all the way to the main cell before being caught. who sam thinks is actively trying to break dream out. what does sam do to him in response? absolutely nothing. you can’t even say tommy got off with a slap on the wrist, because sam didn’t even do that much! he didn’t hit tommy a single time
and that, my friends, is one of the reasons why sam was so excruciatingly angry during this scene. he was angry at himself for not living up to his own expectations as The Warden. for not being strong enough. he was angry at tommy for even putting him in that position in the first place, and revealing his weaknesses. he repeats it over and over: “you should be dead right now. i should have killed you.” but he loves tommy too much to let him off with anything but a warning
when sam says “you should be dead” he means “the protocol states i should have killed you, but i can’t (i don’t want to) and that infuriates me”. when sam says “this is why i let you die- what am i supposed to do now?” he means “this is why i didn’t let you out of the cell. i was afraid dream would take advantage of the situation and something worse would happen”
sam says “go away. i don’t ever want to see you again”. he means “i don’t want you to die”

obsessed with the fact that everyone in las nevadas is non-human.
like, you go to this new country to escape the gloom of the main server area. you go to a casino and boom the ceo has golden wings. you thought the only person on this server with wings was philza, but whatever, sure, quackity has wings too now i guess.
you go to the bar to order a drink. boom the bartender is a ghost. and on top of that he's a ram ghost. the only dead ram in this server is former president jschlatt. slightly worrying, but whatever, you don't question it.
as you go to play on a slot machine, quackity stops you. "not that one," he says, "slimecicle likes to stay in that one." there is a slime in the slot machine. okay. that's fine. that's cool.
you turn around. there is an alien kid wearing heelies giving people drinks. that's fine. normal.
you pass by a window. you catch a glance at the 23 foot tall totem god, casually doing building repairs. okay. okay.
you pass by a broom closet. you hear sniffles from the inside. you open the door. there is a fox having a meltdown inside. you're pretty sure that fox is wilbur soot's son. okay. nice. you shut the door.
you go back. you're pretty sure you just saw the warden get up on a stripper pole.
you go home.

So I do think post-egg arc C!Sam would help his fellow Badlands members through recovery by doing shit like this
I love the relationship the Badlands have
Sam protecting a 9’6 demon that could possible kill anyone he wanted to for slightly pissing him off was great to see personally
