uh i’m new to tumblr and i’m also new to writing be warned i’m not a great writer but i want to start writing and become confident in my writing eventually
Very new to using Tumblr even though I had a very old account I couldn't get into. Heya.
Hopefully I can start posting what I usually do, but I'm usually doing Drawing, Sketching, Photography, Writing, Quotes, Making ideas, Making Characters or stories, and a whole other assortment of things.

Hello my I'm called Umbrala but any variation on the name is fine with me.
I'm very reblog heavy which I'm not 100% sure is an issue or not on Tumblr but I thought I should point that out regardless.
The fandom that I'm most into is Vocaloid (and vsynths as a whole really) but also a variety of other fandoms that are too extensive to put into one post. Just don't expect to follow me for one specific thing is all I'm trying to say.
I do art sometimes but it's mostly as a hobby and it's all for me first before anyone else. But if you want to look anyway look under the #myart tag.

You all can just call me BBB~ it sounds like the right thing I suppose, I'm rather new to all this tumblr stuff but I heard it is good for sharing your hobbies and intrests so... here I am. Just slowly sinking back into my holy trinity of intrests and enjoying every moment of it.
Bugs, Bolts and Beers.
The best way to describe all my loves in a simple way thou I don't actually drink beer to be honest, meds kinda make it so I can't. But I love dwarves and they love beer plus BBB just sounds better then BDB ya know? Why dwarves? I blame hobbit and lotr to be honest, I watched the movies all the time when I used to go visit my Gram in the summer and my god it is some of the best memories. Plus like if I had to pick only one fanasty race to play then dwarves all the way, we got space dwarves, fantasy dwarves, modern dwarves each with differences that make them simular but different. Plus Deep rock is one of my favorite games along with Dragon age, Warhammer and Baulder's gate. Oh! And Dwarf Fortress.
As for Bolts~ I've always been a techy gal, enjoying building stuff with my hands or working hard on my computer. I do alot of graphic design even thou it's not my fav, I rather be spending my time slowly building mech models. From gundams to robotic bugs and computers, I try to keep my options open~ I've been rewatching the original gundam but there is a inch to replay armored core that I can't ignore. Leagues of Votann are my main army in WH40K but I also have a bunch of Tyranids to put them against, man I need to open some of the boxes one day. I can fix omost anything if you give me enough time and reasourses, thou I might need a few cups of coffee to keep myself awake.
And the one closest to my heart.... Bugs. Now why that is sort of a mystery even to me, it's just been a intrest in my life forever. From little larvae to full grown beetles I can't help but love them and how they grow and adapt. I own a ton of bug plushies and a couple dozen books on bugs, my lovely partner says that we could raise some in my terriarium but I haven't worked up the courage for it. My favorites have to be mole crickets, any sort of beetles, bees and giant water bugs thou the diving spider is up there too. I could probably go on and on but I don't want this to be to long. So I'll leave it here.

Let's get started
So, this is my first ever post, just wanted to let people that I have followed know that I am in fact not a bot (crazy, I know), and I wanted to set the basis of what people can expect from this blog.
First things first, I will have no activity from the beginning of July to the end of November 2023 for important personal reasons (I don't want anyone thinking I died), and I wanted to at least get a few things out before I forget them during my forced hiatus.
As my description says, I am in many fandoms, and am willing to talk about all of them! However, my brain has latched onto one or two characters in each and insisted that they become my trauma buddies, so I won't talk about anyone else as enthusiastically. I'll go ahead and make a separate post about the fandoms I'm in along with my trauma buddies, so feel free to hit me up and start a conversation (anon or not are welcome)!

Things I will not tolerate include:
Racist, homophobic, ACAB, incestuous, or otherwise shaming remarks
MAP supporters/sympathizers. Get the fuck out.
Politics. This is for when I'm surrounded by my family trying to duck out of the conversation, not Tumblr.
Porn. Don't send me graphic shit, I don't want to see it, I'm asexual I have very few exceptions to this, and I'll follow the blogs that meet those exceptions. If I haven't followed you, chances are I don't want to see it. You'll be blocked if you send it. Just don't.
Pressure for a face reveal. I'm not very fond of the way that I look, and I like to keep anonymity. It's comforting.
As far as I know, that's about it, so if you don't do that stuff, we should be pretty chill.
As for what should be expected to come from this blog, I'll probably end up doing a lot of incorrect quotes, rants, theories, headcanons, and maybe some fics. I'm also planning on making edits when I come back from my hiatus, so we'll see how that goes.
I'll probably post the names for my Ao3 and Tiktok accounts once I get those up and running, but it might have to wait.
I think I've typed long enough, and for those of you who made it all the way through this, I am aware that I write like an English teacher, my brain insists upon it, I swear that I am actually 18, and not a time traveler from the 1800s
