If You Want To Be Successful, You Must Respect One Rule: NEVER LIE TO YOURSELF.

If you want to be successful, you must respect one rule: NEVER LIE TO YOURSELF.

You are lying to yourself because you seek comfort. Well comfort is overrated. You are lying to yourself because you are scared of the unknown. But you must stop. To continue lying will eat away at your soul, causing you untold amounts of future pain.

A lie is something that you make yourself believe in order to make life a little easier. A lie is a paradigm under which you operate to avoid pain. A lie will destroy you, inside and out. A lie is something you want to believe because to consider the opposite would hurt your ego.

Sometimes the difference between a lie and the truth can be subtle. Sometimes your brain will try to “logically” trick you into believing a lie.

You are lying to yourself when:

1. You try really hard to fit yourself into a mold that hurts.

2. You make that decision that is “logically” correct, but something feels off when you say it out loud.

3. You feel anxious all the time.

4. You seek something familiar, even though you can’t grow from there.

5. You deny your passions and fail to pursue what excites you, no matter what it is. This is a denial of your highest being and your truest self. This is unfair and disrespectful to yourself.

6. You think you can do this all alone.

7. You put someone else’s needs way above your own. You are lying to yourself when you neglect to take care of yourself.

8. You seek distraction to get away from the real stuff — the hard problems. You seek distraction instead of actually working to fix the problems that bother you to your deepest core.

9.You settle — for anything. You think you don’t deserve more than what’s handed to you.

10. You care intensely about what someone else thinks — and let their opinions color your actions.

11. You fail to produce quality work. You are entirely capable of trying your best. Perhaps failure to produce your best means you are in the wrong profession.

12. You ignore that gnawing feeling in your heart and gut.

13. You seek popularity and profits, instead of seeking authenticity.

14 You make rash decisions from a stressed state of mind instead of a place of calamity and rationale.

You can stop lying to yourself by:

1. Being courageous enough to make a definitive decision — going forward even though it is scary.

2. Taking responsibility of what has happened, what is happening, and what is going to happen.

3. Detaching yourself from the fantasy of reliving the past.

4. Moving — actively working to find a place that resonates with you. Take action.

Telling someone something hard. Tell someone that you have been lying to yourself and to them for some time now.

5. Doing something dramatic, in a good way. Take a risk.

6. Not doing something simply because you are told to do it or because everyone else is doing it. Think first if that action resonates with who you are. If not, then don’t do it, even if everyone else is.

7. Facing the music, even though it hurts.

8. Making a decision to stop lying to yourself. Today.

9. Forgiving yourself for hurting yourself for so long.

10. Focusing on what you know to be most important.

11. Meditating — getting still and observing yourself from a calm place.

Asking a trusted friend or mentor what he thinks of your future based on your present actions.

Refusing to associate with people who don’t share your values.

Speak The Truth At All Time, But Let It Come From A Heart Filled With Love To See The Other Become Better.

Speak the truth at all time, but let it come from a heart filled with love to see the other become better.

Speaking the truth without love is cruelty, so also to love without speaking the truth is deception.

Most people don't know the true meaning of being truthful, which means to tell the truth with empathy, to do it in love, instead of just saying whatever is on your mind disregarding the damage you can cause.

Speak your mind, but ensure the words you find are true, loving and kind.

People can get hurt with the truth you speak, and that's okay, as long as you say it with the goal of helping the other grow, learn and become better person.

It becomes dangerous and wicked if you speak it with the intention of damaging another. Whatever you do, do it in love, anything other than that is far away from the truth.

Speak the truth, no matter how difficult, but do it in a gentle, kind and inoffensive manner. Let the other see you have his or her best interest in heart. Your motivation to speak should be as a result of love, and must be delivered with wisdom.

For the goal of truth is freedom, not destruction.

There are days when you wake and you haven't a clue what's going on around you. The struggles and challenges seem overwhelming.

But your faith tells you to remain firm. You have no idea where you're headed but you trust the Almighty and keep going.

"She thought about it the other night. How you pushed her boundaries and tested her senses. She thought of how she got lost in you. And you in her. She thought about how often you called her 'beautiful' in between breaths, whimpers, and moans. She thought about how you made her body rise and fall like Roman ruins.

She thought about how you come up behind her, gently move her long hair over to the other side so you can kiss her neck. And she laughs to herself remembering she told you 'you can't kiss a girl's neck and not expect the sequence of events to start', jokingly. It makes you grin as you're kissing her.

She thought about how all her sadness, pain, and anxiety disappears when she's with you. And only with you. You awaken another side of what not many have seen, and only a few dabbed into. But with you, oh with you, she gives all of her. And you cherish that.

She thought about how you know her body more than anyone else. She thought about how she feels so complete when she's with you, and feels like something is missing when she's not. Then she thought about what you have planned for her next time, and she grins just imagining what you may come up with".

Israeli Strikes Claim Lives Of Two Palestinians In Gaza.

Israeli strikes claim lives of two Palestinians in Gaza.

GAZA: A Palestinian elderly man was martyred in an Israeli airstrike on Sunday and a young woman died of critical injuries sustained in a previous attack in the Gaza Strip.

According to local sources, 62-year-old Fayez at-Tawil was killed in a drone attack in Johor ad-Dik town in central Gaza.

Meanwhile, a young woman called Nada Issa was pronounced dead after she succumbed to serious injuries she had sustained in an Israeli airstrike on her home in an-Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.

On Saturday, at least 10 citizens were martyred in Israeli attacks in northern Gaza.

In a related context, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received the bodies of 15 martyrs, who were reported missing during the war, along with 14 citizens who were killed in fresh Israeli attacks during the past 24 hours.

According to Gaza’s health ministry on Sunday, 51 citizens were also injured during Israeli attacks or by unexploded ordnance during the past hours.

The new fatalities increased the death toll from the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza, which started on October 7, 2023, to 48,572 martyrs, the health ministry stated.

The ministry added that the number of the wounded also surged to 112,032 people.

Meanwhile, efforts are underway to recover the bodies of more martyrs who are still missing in different areas of the Gaza Strip.

Hamas: The American-British Aggression Against Yemen Is Gross Violation Of International Law.

Hamas: The American-British aggression against Yemen is gross violation of international law.

GAZA : The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, has condemned, in the strongest terms, the American-British aggression against Yemen, emphasizing that it represents a gross violation of international law.

In a statement on Sunday, Hamas said, “We condemn the criminal attack on the sovereignty and stability of our brotherly Yemen, which targeted a residential neighborhood in the Yemeni capital, Sana’a.”

Hamas expressed its full solidarity with Yemen and its people, praising their efforts to support the resilience of the Palestinian people in Gaza in the face of the “genocidal war that brings shame to humanity.”

Dozens of Yemenis were killed and injured in airstrikes launched by the American military on Yemen on Saturday evening and early Sunday. Yemeni media reported that the strikes resulted in the death of 31 people and injured 101 others, mostly in Sana’a and Saada.

The group vowed to respond to the American bombardment, while American officials stated that the attacks could continue for weeks with the aim of stopping the threat to maritime navigation in the region.

The American strikes came after the Houthis announced that they would resume targeting Israeli ships in maritime corridors in the region in response to the blockade of aid into besieged Gaza, and after the US administration reclassified them as a “terrorist group.”

These airstrikes are the first carried out by the new American administration since President Donald Trump took office for his second term in January. Trump had ordered, on Saturday, the execution of a “decisive and powerful” military strike against the Houthis in Yemen, stating on Truth Social: “Today, I ordered the U.S. military to launch a decisive and powerful military operation against the Houthi terrorists in Yemen,” adding that the Houthis “have waged a continuous campaign of piracy, violence, and terrorism against American ships, planes, drones, and others.”

Hamas Condemns Israel’s Massacre In Beit Lahia, Urges Mediators To Intervene.

Hamas condemns Israel’s massacre in Beit Lahia, urges mediators to intervene.

GAZA : The Hamas Movement has strongly denounced the horrific massacre that was committed by the Israeli occupation army in Beit Lahia in northern Gaza on Saturday.

In a statement, Hamas condemned the massacre as “part of the enemy’s crimes against our people” and “insistence on continuing its aggression and its disregard for all international resolutions and conventions.”

“This criminal escalation and the ongoing deliberate killings and barbaric attacks across the Gaza Strip underscore the occupation’s determination to undermine the ceasefire agreement and intentionally sabotage any opportunity to fully implement the agreement and finalize the exchange of prisoners,” Hamas said in a statement.

Hamas said that the mediators, the UN and all concerned parties should shoulder their political and legal responsibilities to stop Israel’s atrocities in Gaza, calling on them to pressure the Israeli occupation government to honor the ceasefire agreement and engage in talks over its next phases.

At least nine people, including three journalists, were killed and several others wounded in an Israeli drone attack in Beit Lahiya in northern Gaza, according to Palestinian media.

The attack on Saturday reportedly targeted a relief team that was accompanied by journalists and photographers.

Israel’s Ethnic Cleansing In The West Bank Continues As The PA Slips Into Irrelevance.

Israel’s ethnic cleansing in the West Bank continues as the PA slips into irrelevance.

The ongoing Israeli military assault on Palestinian refugee camps in the West Bank is part of a larger ethnic cleansing of the occupied territory, a systematic effort to forcibly displace Palestinians from their homes and erase their historical and national identity. As the world watches in silence, the relentless incursions into these camps — home to some of the most vulnerable Palestinian communities — are reducing entire districts to rubble, killing civilians and forcing tens of thousands to flee.

Meanwhile, and even as Israel wages a brutal genocidal campaign in Gaza, the Palestinian Authority (PA) stands idly by, unwilling to defend its people. Worse still, on Monday, 10 March, the PA security forces carried out Israel’s bidding and assassinated seasoned Jenin fighter Abdul-Rahman Abu Muna.

The refugee camps of Jenin, Nur Shams, Balata and others have long been the heart of legitimate Palestinian resistance. Housing Palestinians who were ethnically cleansed from their homes in 1948 — and today — they stand as grim reminders of Israel’s original sin: the Nakba. Through generations, the Palestinian camps have become a powerful symbol of Palestinian identity, embodying the deep-rooted belonging to Palestine. The camps are not just a physical space; they represent a collective memory, a repository of cultural heritage, and a reminder of the ongoing struggle for self-determination and homeland restoration. Thus, their erasure — much like the destruction of their residents’ original villages within historic Palestine since 1948 — has become an Israeli obsession aimed at wiping out their existence.

The Israeli war on the camps is not about security.

In reality, what is unfolding is a merciless campaign of destruction, aimed at crushing the spirit of Palestinian resistance and making life unbearable for those who dare to remain. Homes are demolished, roads are ripped up; electricity and water supplies are cut; and entire communities are left in ruins. Israel destroys civilian infrastructure, not for military tactical objectives, but purely to make life unbearable for residents, ensuring that even those who survive are left with an unlivable environment. This collective punishment is a blatant war crime under international law.

The ongoing assault on Palestinian refugee camps is not about military strategy; it is tied deeply to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s endless war for political survival. On trial for alleged corruption and facing mounting political pressure, Netanyahu has relied on endless war and ever more violence to maintain his fragile coalition of right-wing, racist factions. By escalating attacks on Palestinians, he ensures the continued support of racist, ultranationalist, Jewish groups who demand harsher measures against the occupied population. This cycle of aggression is a deliberate strategy to prolong his grip on power at the expense of Palestinian lives.

The core issue is not simply the military assaults, but the very nature of the Israeli occupation and the hordes of violent settlers who terrorize Palestinian communities with impunity. The expansion of illegal, Jew-only colonies, backed by the Israeli military, has emboldened Jewish supremacists to carry out attacks against Palestinians, including arson, physical assaults and even outright murder. This settler-colonial project aims to replace Palestinian existence with a network of Jewish colonies, erasing any hope for a Palestinian state.

Israel’s strategy of targeting refugee camps is part of this broader policy. The destruction of Jenin camp in 2002 was supposed to end Palestinian resistance, but it did not. Two decades later, Israel is fighting the progeny of those it murdered more than 20 years ago, repeating the same failed strategy and hoping that this new wave of destruction will achieve what past massacres could not. But history has shown that Palestinian resilience cannot be broken by military force. As in 2002, today’s destruction will not erase the Palestinian struggle; it will only fuel the determination of a people who refuse to disappear.

While Israel carries out these atrocities, the Palestinian Authority remains paralyzed, offering nothing but empty words of condemnation.

The PA, which was established through the Oslo Accords with the promise of leading Palestinians toward statehood, has instead become an enforcer of Israeli security serving as an administrative subcontractor rather than a true representative government. Its continued security collaboration with Israel, even as refugee camps are emptied of their inhabitants, is nothing short of a betrayal; treachery on a massive, deadly scale.

At a time when the Palestinian people long for real leadership, the PA has shown itself to be an institution of self-preservation, more concerned with maintaining its own grip on power than resisting a malevolent occupation. It has failed to mobilize international support, and failed to take any meaningful action to stop Israel’s aggression.

It is very clear to all with eyes to see that the Palestinian Authority is complicit in the suffering of its own people through its inaction, collaboration and subservience to Israeli diktats. Worse still, the PA refuses to intervene because its leadership is more focused on protecting the privileges and VIP status granted to them under Israeli occupation. Rather than safeguarding Palestinian lives, the PA’s primary concern has become to maintain its elite’s access to special permits, security arrangements and economic benefits that Israel doles out to ensure its collaboration.

If the PA continues on this trajectory, it will cease to have any role in shaping the future of Palestine. The people will inevitably turn elsewhere for leadership, whether to civil society organizations, local resistance groups or new political movements that truly represent their aspirations. The Palestinian cause does not need an institution that stands on the sidelines while its people are ethnically cleansed; it needs a leadership that will fight for its people’s survival and sovereignty.

The Israeli destruction of Palestinian refugee camps is a military operation with a calculated strategy of population displacement. By forcing thousands to flee, Israel is laying the groundwork for a West Bank emptied of Palestinians, paving the way for further illegal annexation and settlement expansion.

This is a slow-motion ethnic cleansing that the Palestinian leadership cannot afford to ignore.

The United Nations, human rights organizations and the world at large must hold Israel accountable for its crimes and put pressure on the Palestinian Authority to end its complicity. If it continues to stand idly by as its people are being ethnically cleansed, it will slip further into irrelevance and its leadership will be consigned to the dustbin of history.

I Hope You Find Someone Who Will Understand Your Past Traumas And Give You Constant Reassurance That

I hope you find someone who will understand your past traumas and give you constant reassurance that you're now trusting the right person. I hope you find someone who understand that you are not perfect but will never make you feel not enough. I hope you find a kind-hearted person. Someone who will speak kind words to you and will always respect you no matter what the situation is. I hope you find someone who knows exactly how to treat you right. Someone who will love you genuinely and will care for you like he's afraid to lose you.

I hope you find someone who can love you selflessly because not every one can love that way. Not every one is willing to sacrifice everything he has just to see you happy and not every one is willing to love you with everything he has. I hope you find a love that allows you to be happy and to be at peace because you deserve it after how many times of settling for less than what you deserve. And most importantly, I hope you find someone who will never give up on you and will never treat you poorly.

Life Is Constantly Changing—people Leave, Love Fades, And Pieces Of Who You Once Were Slip Away Without

Life is constantly changing—people leave, love fades, and pieces of who you once were slip away without you even noticing. It’s painful, unsettling, and sometimes unfair, but it’s all part of the journey. The friendships you thought would last forever may drift apart, and the love you gave your all to may no longer fit the person you are becoming. You may feel lost, wondering if you’ll ever feel whole again, carrying the weight of what’s gone.

But life has a way of renewing itself, even in the quietest moments. New friendships will find you, love will bloom in unexpected places, and the pieces you thought were lost will be replaced by a stronger, wiser version of yourself. One day, you’ll look back and realize that every ending led to a new beginning, every loss made space for something greater, and every change shaped you into the person you were always meant to be.

If You Remember Anything Of Me, After I Leave This World, Remember That I Loved Even When It Was Foolish.

That I cared even when it was unwanted.

When my body is gone, remember my heart.

𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐀 𝐖𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐍 𝐇𝐀𝐒 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇, 𝐘𝐎𝐔’𝐑𝐄 𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐘.

You can shower her with gifts, offer endless apologies, and promise to change, but when a woman’s heart has had enough, when the pain outweighs the love, there’s no going back.

She might have stayed through the lies, the neglect, and the countless times you didn’t appreciate her. She might have fought for the relationship, hoping you’d see her worth. But every time you hurt her, a piece of her heart faded, until one day, she woke up and realized she deserved better.

And when that happens, you’re no longer the man she once loved. You’re just a memory, a chapter she’s ready to close. You’ll find yourself erased from her life, her thoughts, and her plans for the future.

Because when a woman finally chooses herself over the relationship, no amount of effort can bring her back. She’s done. And you’ll realize too late that all the things you could’ve done to make her happy won’t matter anymore.

A woman’s love is deep, but so is her strength. And when she decides to move on, she moves forward with no regrets.

This goes to .....

I still love you, but I’m setting you free.

You know how deeply I cared for you, don’t you?

You must know how many silent tears I shed, how many nights I wished you’d realize that indifference wounds more than words.

I never asked for much—just to be seen, to be felt, to be loved the way I loved you.

But instead, you made me feel invisible, even when I was right beside you.

I still love you, but that love no longer chains me.

It no longer keeps me stuck in a one-sided battle—where I was the only one trying, hoping, believing.

I won’t ask for your time anymore.

I won’t ask for your attention anymore.

I won’t ask for love anymore.

I won’t ask for honesty anymore.

I won’t ask you to choose me anymore.

I won’t ask for anything anymore.

I’m letting you go—not because I stopped caring, but because love was never meant to be this painful.

Maybe one day, you’ll understand what you lost.

But by then, I will be somewhere far away —where love is not pleaded for, but given freely.

Abdullah.
