Possibly the most polite looking robin, ever? This guy looks like he's getting his yearbook photo taken! Robins are insanely photogenic. I don't think I'll ever get tired of photographing them simply because they always look great!

A drinker, I fear... The robins were incredibly bold today, though that isn't unusual for them! This guy allowed me to take some nice pictures and a short video of him before he took off. With the sound on, you can hear the cacophony that is 20 birds screaming and my pond waterfall all layered on top of one another. Be grateful the blackbirds hadn't arrived yet—they're deafening.

A few of the robins in my backyard robin army! They're eating so much food. Hundreds, all day every day for weeks... I love them, but oh my god.

The robin-pocalypse is currently happening at my feeders. Hundreds of robins are migrating in from north and stopping to eat. It's both annoying because of how much they eat and nice because they make great photos. They're the exact same color as the dead leaves on my japanese maple and are a nice pop of color in the snow, which looks nice in photos!
