little space people are surprisingly calming to draw
I’m so sorry this took so long. There’s really no excuse for my procrastination. But it’s colored.
Here’s a the colored collab I did with @wildstarfan featuring our Spidersonas
They did the sketch and I digitilzed/colored it. And may I say the anatomy on those sketches were *mwah* Magnifique. I’m a sucker for some good proportions and body shapes and I enjoyed actually getting to work with just that as opposed to my disproportionate cartoonery. I wanted to add a background but I’m not very good at those sadly and had no idea where to start.
Their Spidersona, called Silva Spider I believe, is super cute and, while they aren’t colors I would’ve chosen, has a nice soft palette. I love the yellow/gold scarf detail.
You can check out their sona and more art at their other account @milasartblog their art is adorable!
I will live for this friendship between your Ricks! So much love and support.
I shall sketch them and love them more! 🖤
Couldn’t resist the idea of Blind-Deaf Rick hanging out with Rikiki and Ricky sdfdfsd ACK- and they treated him to some Gucci sunglasses bc YES AHAHA
Blind-Deaf Rick talks using ASL, but he uses the technique of Tadoma in order to understand what other people are saying to him, which is why Ricky and Rikiki hold his hand to their mouths.
dfsgdsg the two queens would link arms with him and sass anyone who dares talks down to him

Just read The Less Than Epic Adventures of TJ and Amal, and I got to say: I fucking LOVE this so MUCH. I literally read the whole thing in a day and I’m itching for more. Also, can I just say that this is the first time that an Indian queer person and family has been depicted so well in media, at least from what I’ve seen? This was actually the first time I’ve seen a queer Indian person in media and it was done so wonderfully. Amal has so much depth to him, and you can tell there is so much he isn’t letting on, the same way you can tell TJ is covering up stuff too. I can relate to his family and his siblings, how they act and talk with each other, and how Amal acts with TJ and other people in return (the sister reminds me of my own, in some ways at least). It’s crazy how connected I feel to these characters without even experiencing anything CLOSE to what they have. I’m literally in love with this storyline, and the characters, the dialogue, and the ART HOLY DAMN. I HIGHLY recommend this webcomic to ANYONE looking for more stories
(Also, when they started speaking Telugu, I got so excited. Like no way, I can actually finally understand what comic characters are saying in languages other than English! But then I remembered that my main language is Kannada and that my understanding of Telugu pales in comparison to that. And I can’t even read it. So here I am, having an idea of what they are talking about, knowing the general concept and meaning, but having to grasp at straws for a full translation in my head
recommend me queer webcomics pls im dying
Man, I don't really understand why people to that line thingy but solid lines unless your trying to go straight are way better. Due to speeding it up and not taking as much effort but yet still making original art. Although this may only work well for pencil and paper, idk much about digital except that you can pour a bucket of paint on it.
Shii bruh ion even know what I'm doin🤦♂️👎

Beautiful!
Amazing!
It's like.... you've stepped out of the book itself!
Gimli: "It's true you don't see many dwarf women. And in fact, they are so alike in voice and appearance, that they are often mistaken for dwarf men. And this in turn has given rise to the belief that there are no dwarf women, and that dwarves just spring out of holes in the ground!"
.
I premiered my lady dwarf OC Dirka today at my local renaissance festival and I felt so beautiful even with a beard. This has been a dream costume of mine for a long time and I'm so pleased with how it came out!
Juuust started ep. 112 (SOON 😭) and wanted a lil' throwback Tuesday (ish) to the aftermath of the pit fiend fight in the City of Brass and Vax planting a big one on Scanlan, upside down Spider-man kiss style 💜 ...Except 1) I cheerfully ignored the fact that they're all in disguise at that point and 2) I could. not. for the life of me figure out volumes and anatomy for an actual "Vax holding Scanlan upside down and then kissing him" drawing ;___; (can you hear the imposter syndrome sing? I sure can!)
And look, Pikelan will always be my first and foremost CR ship for so many reasons (Scanlan and Pike own my heart so bad). But these two... oh, these two. They are the epitome for me of "I love them as friends/I love them as friends and occasional hookups/I love them as lovers/I love them as queerplatonic partners/I love them JUST TOGETHER IN ANY WAY OKAY" 💖
