You had always dreamed of visiting Brazil. After countless hours scrolling through Instagram and TikTok, you finally made it to Rio de Janeiro with your two best friends, the Brazil Pr finally getting to you. The vibrant city welcomed you with open arms, and you were ready to soak in every moment of your 10 days vacation.

Your days were filled with sun-kissed beaches, lounging away on the golden sands of Copacabana, sipping on some colorful cocktails, and letting the crashing waves wash away your burdens. The nights, however, were another story. You explored the impressive nightlife, from chic rooftop bars to the raw local street parties in the favelas.

One night, you found yourself at a particularly lively baile funk. The music forced you to move your hips and the strong drinks to jump in the arms of your besties. As you danced with your friends, you noticed a fine ass man watching you from across the crowd. He had a blond buzzcut, tattoos covering his tanned arms, and the most captivating smile.

He approached you with a confident stride, introducing himself as Connie. His accent was thick and sexy, and he occasionally slipped into his native language when he couldn't find the right English words "Você dança muito bem," he complimented you, his eyes twinkling with amusement at the sight of your ass swaying.

You felt an instant connection. Connie was charming, funny, and had a way of making you feel like the only person in the crowded street. You spent the night dancing, laughing, and downing shots. He taught you a few Portuguese phrases, and you found yourself falling for his accent and the way he said your name with a huge smile, surprisingly sharp canines pocking out a bit.

As the night wore on, Connie took your hand and led you to a quieter spot overlooking the city. The view was breathtaking, with the string lights twinkling below you "You really complete my city’s beauty" he said softly, his eyes never leaving yours.

Your heart raced. As you stood there, hand in hand, you knew this was a moment you would never forget. You knew about the culture here and how kissing was normal even amongst strangers, but when Connie leaned in, resting his hand on your cheek as your lips intertwined into a hungry, passionate kiss, you knew this was deeper than sexual attraction and lust.

It was hard to contain yourself, here, on this empty rooftop barely illuminated by the street lights, you lost yourself in Connie’s touch, soft moans escaping your lips when he twirled his tongue inside you mouth, smirking against your lips at the faint sounds coming from you. Connie travelled down to your neck, licking at it and sucking just hard enough not to leave any marks.

“Te quero” Connie pulled back, licking his pink lips, pretty eyes looking down at you, begging you for more.

To say you hated yourself for stopping everything there and telling him you needed to get back to your friends was an understatement. Still, Connie respected your wishes, a satisfied smile on his face from just being able to hold you as he walked you back to your worried friends. You could still feel his lips press up on your cheek and his fingers on your lower back when he kissed you goodbye, disappearing into the crowd that just kept on growing despite the late hours.

“you didn’t even get is insta or some ?!” Your friends said in unison, staring at you in pure confusion when you shook your head, almost afraid by their reaction “bitch, you got two days left, you better find that man” one of them warned, not even trying to find out if you even wanted to see him again. But she didn’t have to hear you say it because she already knew.

i haven’t thought about it enough probably, but Steven and Connie are both weapons who wield each other! Connie is a shield and Steven is a sword; they’re very well matched :)

Connie Pearl Maheswaran was born to single mother Priyanka Maheswaran. Her other parent, a sentient gem alien by the name of Pearl, was the last known uncorrupted of her kind upon the planet Earth after her species’ fail colonization of Earth. She gave her physical form so Connie may live. 

Connie was born blind and, as a result, the protective Priyanka keeps Connie homeschooled. Better her in the home instead of outside where others could judge her for her gem or harm her due to her blindness.

Connie grows up a bit melancholy, wishing for more from life than the four walls of her childhood home. 

One day, however, her mother brings home a mirror that reminded her of Connie from the antique store....

Me and my friend were looking through the new dialogs, and we have a hypothesis on who this 'friend' may be.

At first I thought it was Gigi herself, but my friend said it was Connie, I was hesitant too agree but look at this:

So I think it's rather likely that this 'friend' is connie!

In conclusion, connie is in lesbians with the lamp.

Tbh, what do I do with my life now that Steven Universe is over for good? I don't think I'll be able to find anything on the same level of awesome as this show, as well as OK KO!

I guess I'll take this time to do some sketches lol. I have a few ideas of my own.

Okay, call me ignorant if you want but I have a theory here. When I was looking at the butterflies from when Here Comes a Thought was going down and whatnot I started thinking. Everyone remember a little thing called the Butterfly Effect? Where something as small as a butterfly has the power to cause a major event? What if this is what that is? All the butterflies through the song symbolize some small problem which is slowly wearing everyone down and they’re using butterflies to symbolize how something small can create a huge issue? Just a thought

i truly wish she that lapis (and peridot too!) would join the crystal gems….

Forgot about these goobers I used to draw hehe :] Contour "Connie" is a nonbinary shadow who likes to frequent raves, they're mellow and have an affinity for objects that light up or flicker- kinda like a moth almost! Their girlfriend, Chispa "Chispita", is a fire who wears winter clothing and likes to stay at home doing fun stuff for her small business- like making t-shirts bracelets and whatnot! Chispa's brother, Glaciar, is made from ice and wears hot weather clothing like crop tops and shorts! He likes to volunteer at animal shelters and make music on his free time :]
