Stayed Up Till 7 AM Drawing This After Going To A Fun Little Party Dance Thing. I Have No Idea Where

Stayed up till 7 AM drawing this after going to a fun little party dance thing. I have no idea where I keep pulling this fun lighting from, but it’s definitely something.

I thought Effie could use a bit of a break, so I have her some (relatively) comfy clothes and a large orb she could stare longingly into. The crying is a side effect please believe me.

So glad I figured out what colors I wanted on her main body before this one, B&W would not end up looking as good.

Hehehe

A three-panel fan-comic “Charmer” about Lackadaisy canonical characters, anthropomorphic male cats Rocky Rickaby and Calvin “Freckle” McMurray and anthropomorphic female cat Nina McMurray, and fan-characters, anthropomorphic female cat Maura Venza and anthropomorphic male cat Augusto Venza (Lackadaisy is a comic and animated series created by Tracy J. Butler). On the first panel Nina and Augusto stand in profile in front of each other. Augusto leans forward and kisses Nina’s hand, saying in Italian: “Molto lieto di conoscervi, signora” (“Such a pleasure to meet you, madam”). On the second panel Nina and Augusto also stand in profile in front of each other. Augusto looks at Nina and smiles charmingly, while Nina covers her mouth with her hand and shyly giggles, looking at Augusto with her eyes half-lidded. On the third panel Maura, Rocky and Freckle (from left to right) stand with their faces to the audience; they look at how Augusto interacts with Nina. Maura stands with her right hand on the hip, she raises an eyebrow, smirks and quietly says: “Pfft, piano, Signor Perfettino.” (Pfft, easy, Mr. Perfect). Rocky is stunned, his mouth and eyes are opened wide in shock, his teeth are gritted. Rocky tensely holds his right hand in front of himself and holds his head in his left hand, saying in astonishment: “…EEEEHH??”. Freckle covers his right eye with his right hand and grips his vest on the heart level with his left hand. Freckle’s face is squirmed in panic and squeamishness while he says: “WHY, ROCKY, WHY…”. Nina has light-ginger and creamy fur with ginger stripes; she wears a dark-green dress with golden cameo and small eyeglasses, her brown hair with two streaks of white is tied in a low bun. Augusto has chocolate-brown fur; he wears a beige suit, white shirt and a red necktie. Maura also has chocolate-brown fur; she wears a pink blouse and a dark bluish-green skirt, her shoulder-length wavy dark-brown hair is tied with a pink ribbon in a low bun. Rocky has grey and creamy fur with dark-grey stripes; he wears a blue suit, white shirt and an orange necktie with an embroidered letter “R” on it. Freckle has ginger and creamy fur and dark-ginger stripes; he wears a white shirt, light olive-green striped pants, an olive-green vest and a dark olive-green bowtie. Below the comic is written: “Lackadaisy and its characters belong to Tracy J. Butler. Fan-comic by Viktoriia «Heldig» Rudnitskaia (2024)”.

The joke got out of hand. 😂
