I just realized

You know how you get told stories by your parents? Like from their childhood? And, I wouldn't know, but if your parents... you know... had died, I'm guessing that their close friends would tell you some stories about your parents childhood? So, Teddy Lupin had no one to tell him about his parents life. Everyone else that knew Remus or Tonks knew them through the war, or were aquaintences when they were in school. All of Remus' friends were gone, so Teddy would never know what his father was actually like
