Floyd is Gay and has a crush on Hickory

He is dead afraid of Velvet and Veneer

He and Branch are the closest out of the five brothers

Floyd has trust issues

Floyd has an ex-boyfriend but broke up with him

He has nyctophobia and has to sleep with either Branch or a plushie

Between a Rock and a Hard Place - The Yodelers

For @burningmusicfunnygiant, I had read the fanfic that @kittyball23 had written which burningmusicfunnygiant requested. It's a Trolls World Tour au that Floyd, Branch's older brother appears in, where Floyd joins Queen Barb and the Hard Rock Trolls as Queen Barb wants to unite the Troll nation under Rock.

Floyd is against it as he knows the consequences of uniting the other Troll tribes under one music genre as he left the Hard Rock Trolls and help Queen Poppy and Branch to stop Queen Barb.

Summary: After, Poppy explained her regrets for not listening to the others to her new ally, Hickory. Hickory's true identity gets revealed as Poppy gets captured by Barb's henchwomen along with Floyd, who got captured offscreen.

The Pop string jingles its magic and the magic riff echoes, Hickory's eyes widen before telling Poppy "Poppy, take the string and run as fast as you can. You hear me?"

"What? What are you talking about?" Poppy asked "Trust me, just go" Hickory replied as his back legs began to move "Now! Please! Just go!" he exclaimed as grunting was heard. Poppy is confused about what's going on "Hickory, are you all right?" she asked. "I'm fine," Hickory replied as his back legs continued to struggle.

"Hey. Hey, now! Stop that!" Hickory said to his back legs as he began fighting them "Oh, whoa, whoa!" he exclaimed as another set of arms popped out this shocked Poppy. Hickory's front legs and back legs split apart from each other as Poppy screamed.

The back legs turned around revealing to be another troll "Nein! What are you doing, Hickory!?!" he asked as he charged at Hickory, but Hickory stopped him by putting his hand on the other troll's head "Quiet, Dickory!" he said to him, which is the other troll's name.

"What's going on?" Poppy asked as Hickory turned his attention to the Pop Troll Queen "Hickory?" she added. "I am so sorry" Hickory replied with a guilty expression as Dickory stops "Yeah! Show her who you really are, Hickory!" Dickory exclaimed as he removed Hickory's Country attire to reveal a German attire. Dickory begins yodeling then stops as Hickory vocalizes as he slowly removes his cowboy hat to reveal another hat with a large feather.

Poppy comes to a realization "Wait...You're The Yodelers?" she exclaimed as Dickory chuckles "Yeah! Ya darn skippy, playa-play" he replied "And you were gonna give our string to Barb?" Poppy added "Ding, ding. Give this person a strudel for the correct answer!" Dickory retorted as Poppy turns to Dickory "And you've been in back the whole time?" she asked. Dickory had removed his disguise "Next subject, please" he said as he didn't want to answer Poppy's question as he kicked his disguise away and crossed his arms.

Poppy turns her attention to Hickory "Why would you do this?" she asked as she is hurt by this revelation. Hickory felt guilty for lying to Poppy "So, sorry" Hickory replied in a German accent, which is his real voice "Uh, it was the only way to save our beautiful yodeling" he explained sympathetically as Dickory approaches him "Hickory" he said.

"But trust me, you need to get out of here right away" Hickory urged as Dickory is confused by Hickory's actions "What are you doing, Hickory?" he asked as Dickory grabs the end of string "Nein - Dickory" Hickory replied as he grabs the middle part of the string as the three trolls began to do a tug-a-war "Shut your mouth-hole, please!" Dickory retorted as he got irritated by Hickory's protest "Let go!" Poppy shouted "We must save yodeling!" Dickory protested.

"Stop it!" Poppy said as two female hard rock trolls appeared as they grabbed Poppy "Got you!" one of them said, causing Poppy to let go of the string. "I thought I heard a yodel," Barb said, who was leaning against a bike bug. Poppy turned around and saw the Hard Rock queen "Queen Barb" she said.

Barb grabs the string from Dickory as she tugs it as pop music is heard causing Poppy to gasp "The final notes of Pop. It will never invade anyone's brain again" Barb said as she wraps the string around her wrist. "I'm not gonna let you do this!" Poppy exclaimed as Barb turned her attention to Poppy and saw the Pop Queen for the first time. "This is who I've been worried about? This little pipsqueak?" Barb exclaimed "I'll never stop fighting until I make things right and I'm not a pipsqueak!" Poppy replied.

"Uh yeah you are, because I'm like a whole centimeter taller than you" Barb said as Poppy struggles "Leave me alone!" Poppy shouted as she tried to kick Barb "Leave you alone? Uh, I'm sorry. You are the one who was all desperate to be best friends" Barb replied as she showed Poppy the burned card before tossing it away. "Don't try to intimidate me. Floyd told me about you" Poppy exclaimed "Ah, Floyd. Of course. My fellow rockers and I ran into him, and I don't want him to warn you about us coming" Barb explained as another hard rock troll appeared restraining Floyd. Floyd was tied up and gagged as he struggled to free from his captor’s grip, Poppy gasped at the sight of this as she and Floyd glared at Barb “Get your hands off of us!” Poppy exclaimed.

“Oh, okay, all right, you’re feisty, I respect that. Strong woman to strong woman am I right? Especially Floyd. You seem to change since I met you” Barb exclaimed as she crossed her arms “But, you know who else is feisty?” she asked as Poppy and Floyd stared at Barb “Pop Village” Barb replied as Poppy gasped “Oh no! No!” Poppy cried as Floyd began to struggle and muffled in protest.

Broppy Proposal

Two months after the events of Trolls 3: Band Together. Branch decided to take the next big step of his relationship with Poppy.

Branch is at his bunker as his brothers had came to visit him as they finished putting a hundred puzzle pieces together as they slumped their seats. "Aaaw" they all sighed "Man, that was a lot of hard work" John Dory said "And teamwork" Spruce added.

"No wonder, you enjoy doing jigsaw puzzles" Clay said "It really does reflect when you and Grandma do puzzles together" Floyd exclaimed "Yeah, better than playing cards with her" Branch said as Floyd looks at the clock "Hey, Branch, I believe it's time for your date with Poppy" he said as Branch looks at clock and realized that Floyd is right.

"I have to get ready" Branch said as he changes from his usual clothes to his tuxedo just as Branch was about to leave Spruce stops him "Branch, wait, you forgot something" he said as he hands Branch a small velvet box "It fell out of your nightstand" Spruce said as Branch puts it in his pocket.

"Thanks" Branch said as he pushes the lever as platform elevator head towards the entrance "I feel so proud of Branch" Floyd said "I'm no longer the only troll in this family that is married and a father, if Branch and Poppy are ever going to have kids" Spruce exclaimed "Not only that, but Branch will become king of the Pop Trolls" Clay added.

"He'll finally achieve that goal when he slipped that out, eh, Bro?" John Dory stated chuckling as he gives Spruce a friendly elbow bump. Floyd and Clay looked confused "Ummm, what do you mean by that?" Clay asked "Well, two months ago when we were getting the band back together to save Floyd..." Spruce explained.

(Flashback)

On Vacay Island, Poppy is sitting down at the beach as she watches the sunset, Branch looks at her before turning to Spruce and John Dory as he tells them about what he said to Poppy at Bridget and Gristle's wedding.

"Like earlier today, I kinda let it slip out that I wanna marry her" Branch whispered "Awww" Spruce said as John Dory burst out laughing, much to Branch's annoyance and embarrassment "HOW DOES SOMETHING LIKE THAT JUST SLIP OUT!?!" John Dory exclaimed.

(Flashback ends)

Clay and Floyd were stunned after Spruce finished "That sounded embarrassing" Floyd said "And awkward too" Clay added "Yep, but tonight Branch is going to do it" John Dory said "And we'll get see Branch's wedding" Spruce said.

"Sorry, we never got to see your wedding, Spruce or Bruce" Floyd said as he and rest of his brothers never went to Spruce's wedding ever since they went their separate ways when BroZone broke.

"I really wish that I could, but I had no idea where you guys were and has been 20 years since we last saw each other" Spruce explained as Floyd wraps himself as he feels vulnerable "Hey, Bros...Could Branch pick me to be his best man?" he asked "If there's any troll that Branch would pick to be his best man? It'll be you, Floyd" John Dory explained as he gives Floyd a noggie as Floyd chuckles.

Meanwhile...

Poppy and Branch are sitting next to the river after they had their dinner "Poppy....ever since when we first met, I never had anyone to relay but myself and no one never wanted to do with me because no one likes an outcast" Branch explained.

"Years pass by as you tried to help me to be happy even when I declined, you kept going because I needed it and you never give up on me and being with you was the best thing that ever happened to me" he finished as he gets down on one knee and pulls out the velvet box as he opens it to reveal a ring with a pink gem on it.

"Poppy, will you marry me?" Branch asked "Yes" Poppy exclaimed as Branch puts the ring on Poppy's finger as they kissed.

Trolls 3 - Bro comfort

The movie Trolls 3: Band Together is coming on November 17, 2023. When, Branch and Poppy team up with Branch's long-lost brothers to save his other brother, Floyd.

Though, if it's unaware that Branch's brothers know about their parents' and Grandma Rosiepuff's death and Branch's childhood trauma. So, I'm writing my own version of Branch telling his brothers about the trauma he had been through after they left.

After, Branch, Poppy, John Dory, and Spruce finished singing as the crowd applauded and cheered, while Poppy and Branch's brothers exclaimed in triumph, Branch glances at the cheering crowd, suddenly things in his mind became distorted and his heart beats as he pants in fear.

Branch gets flashbacks of his brothers leaving, his parents' sacrifice, his younger self singing and falling when his grandmother sacrificed herself to save him, and his younger self turning gray.

"I can't believe I corporated, I can't take this anymore!" Branch said as he leaves the stage "Branch! Wait!" Poppy exclaimed as John Dory and Spruce became concerned "Where are you going?" John Dory asked "Nowhere!" Branch replied as he exits the building. Poppy and Branch's brothers exit the building as they search for Branch "Branch!" John Dory called "Branch" Spruce added "Leave me alone!" Branch said as he enters the old funhouse.

"Branch, please!" John Dory begged as he and Spruce entered as they find their younger brother, Clay "Clay, do you know where Branch is?" Spruce asked as Clay nods and brings them as they found Branch sitting in an old rail cars.

Branch had his his legs close to his chest and his face planted to his knees as he cries. "Branch" John Dory said when he and his brothers saw how sad Branch is as they got on the old rail cars sitting next to him "We guess you don't feel happy?" Spruce stated "I didn't even want to perform or even want to come with you, but I had to for Floyd's sake" Branch replied.

"We're sorry, Branch. We...we thought you love performing with us" John Dory said "When, I was a baby and my brothers didn't ditch me...and never coming back for me. You have no idea how much trauma I've been through after you guys left" Branch exclaimed.

"What do you mean?" Clay asked "During Trollstice, Mom and Dad had to lay their lives to save me and Grandma Rosiepuff and then when I was a kid as I became lost in the song, Grandma had to sacrifice herself to save me from being eaten and I had turned gray and hadn't sung ever since. I was all alone, I didn't had any friends back then, and I needed you the most, you're all what I have left in this family... but the family doesn't feel like the family I know...you ruined it" Branch explained in a cracked voice.

Branch's brothers were shocked by this and realized how they had hurt Branch when they had left "Oh, Branch, we are so sorry...but, you need to understand...your brothers and I..." John Dory stuttered "We just--I felt..." Spruce stuttered too "They've always been...I haven't been..." Clay stuttered as they gave up.

They burst into tears "We're sorry, we-we-we don't have the words" John Dory replied as they were too guilty to explain as Branch looks at them "When we save Floyd, are you all gonna ditch me again? Somewhere, where I'll never see you again?" Branch asked "No" John Dory replied "Of course not" Spruce added "We'll never do that" Clay retort as they hugged Branch "Never again" John Dory said as Branch smiles and hugs his brothers back.

Again, my humanization of Parb. To be honest, I fell in love with these girls!

Headcanon on the fact that I think pop trolls are so kind and innocent that they have no idea what cigarettes are.

It all starts when Barb sees a sad Poppy and offers her something that relieves stress herself. Poppy sees it looks unusual and strange, but still agrees to try, as she trusts Barb.

Probably, this is a terrible OOC, but this can't go to waste.

This is very unexpected, but I really like the way they look together.

Summary: Queen Barb & Poppy have a sleep over, queen Barb has a nightmare about the rock apocalypse.Poppy tries to calm her down while doing so she finds out something new about her fellow queen.

"This is all your fault" "yea throw her in the volcano" as queen Barb stepped back on the cliff she nearly fell off, "I-I'm s-s-sorry ok I didn't mean for this to happen ok I'm sorry" as she pleed she noticed the mob of trolls coming closer "your not sorry you never were" the troll in front of her was Poppy. The rock queen's eyes widened as she was pushed off the cliff into the volcano. " i-im so sorry," she cried as she fell. "I'm sorry" "I'm sorry" "I'm sorry" Poppy woke up hearing queen Barb crying and sobbing.The pop queen got out of bed and walked towards her, she gently started rubbing her back, said queen flipped on her back before almost jumping up "I'm sorry" "Poppy i-im sorry" as she kept apologizing as she bought her arms up to her chest crying harder as she did, queen pop never stopped rubbing her back. "Hey it's ok" "it's ok" Poppy had never seen queen rock like this.

After she calmed down a lil bit she spoke up "i-i had a nightmare" she said looking down.At this Poppy's heart sink, the pop queen held her arms out basically asking if she wanted a hug almost immediately she hugged her tightly " you wanna talk about it" as the pop leader asked she rubbed circles on the others back without answering she just shook her head no.

The room stayed quiet as the two hugged each other until the rock queen spoke up "P-poppy I'm sorry for waking you up" "it's ok you don't have to apologize every body gets nightmares sometimes" the pop troll responded and hugged her tighter "b-but i-im a queen I should be better then that" "Even a queen has nightmares, it's ok" Poppy told her as she looked at the other queen. Said queen was confused. "So you get nightmares?" The rock queen asked.

"Yea, all the time! Well, not all the time that would be weird, right? I mean, I can't imagine having nightmares all the like every day, every -" "Popahapy!" The rock queen giggled as the other kept rambling on. The rock troll shifted herself to lay in the others lap with her head on the other's chest, arms hugging the pop troll's the middle, and legs over the pop queen's lap. Suddenly Poppy had an idea. "*gasp* Are you laughing at me?" She asked playfully offended. The other answered, "yeahas" seeing that Poppy was just playing around."Guess I'll have to give you something to laugh about." Before the rock troll could ask anything, the Poppy lightly tickled her sides "GAAA-pahoahappy" she giggled as her sides were tickled.

"This is what you get for laughing at me >:] " As she spoke, she moved her, tickling to the others (belly gem, idk what to call it?). Given that the queen. In question was wearing nothing but a crop top and shorts her clothes gave no protection. "POAHAHAHAHPPHAHY NAHH" the rock queen screamed "Aww is thwe queeen's liwttle tummy ticklish" Poppy teased in a baby voice making the queen on the side of her squeal "POPAHAHPY PLAHAESE" "ok ok ya big baby" she teased as she squeezed her sides letting the rock queen breathe after a few mins on her sides she went straight for the kill she tickled the other troll's armpits queen Barb slammed her arms down screaming 10x louder than earlier. "POAHAHAHAHPPHAHY POAHAHAHAHPPHY PLAHAESE I CAHAN'T"

After what felt like hours (only five minutes later), Poppy finally stopped rubbing her back again. "You ok, I didn't kill you, did I?" She asked genuinely concerned. "Nahao," the grey troll giggled at the question. The two friends hugged each other again, falling asleep together this time. It's safe to say that Queen Barb didn't have any more nightmares that night as she slept peacefully with her best friend.
