More Don’t Starve~
So a while back the last issue of the Constantly Obsessed Zine was having a casting call, functionally, asking for people to apply and to send in a little something depending on if they wanted to do a writing or art piece—I sent in the lineart, got accepted, decided to finish it up to post it.
Feel like I should say something else about this...I do love Wilson and Webber’s dynamic and how everyone, Klei included, said the arachnophobe should adopt the spider-child. Also eclipse allowing for multiple pieces in one submission gets the Gordon Ramsay finally some good [redacted] food response from me because that’s honestly the first update that isn’t them attempting to fix something they broke to begin with. :\

I have few questions about your au 😎
What happened to the lamb? Did they die? Why didn't they destroy the crowns? What happened to the bishops?
Also, how did Webber got the crown? Do they use it in any kind of way? (Like a weapon or something) Will the crown effect them in any kind of way? (Like they will gain height or extra limbs or stuff like that)

The world has roughly the storyline as the base game, with Webber joining the cult after all the bishops had been brought back as mortals. The Lamb is perfectly healthy as God of Death and cult leader!
They didn't destroy the crowns because they never had an idea that they *should* have, to prevent any other potential gods from rising up and repeating the cycles of war and destruction.
Already answered this one kinda but the bishops/Nari are living their lives as regular cultists. Things may not be perfect, but at least they can all relax and not cause genocide.
So it took a while for Webber to happen upon the crown. They were mid teens after all, but joined as a kid that was maybe 7 or 8ish. After being adopted by Shamura, they had learned how to fight, later helping out his Auntcle Lamb with crusading. One of his trips to Silk Cradle led him to be found by the crown of War. A fun thing to explain once he got home as you can imagine.
Crown weapons, huh? Webber would probably go for whatever would be most useful against the current enemies, but he favors faster to medium fast weapons. Swords, polearms, and claws are his favorite, and he never cared for hammers.
As for how he'll change? I'm still working on that. As he grows in power I'm thinking he'll gain a second set of arms and maybe a few more small eyes, but nothing too crazy. Hell also just get larger in general as he gains devotion. Crazy changes are going to be saved for his eldritch form, mwahaha.

I cry.......
This is the finale!! It's over!! Waah!!!! I considered posting this in parts but keeping it together felt better. Thank you so much for reading!! I really hope this lived up to the high expectations of you all. I'm real nervous sharing this... Endings are a real scary thing to write even if you knew what you wanted since the very beginning. I just had to go for it though: or it'd never get finished! Perfectionism is the enemy of completion and all that.
If you want more, sorry, the comic is done! Buut I am planning on making a post with things like deleted scenes and unfinished sketches! 🙌 I'll also probably make a meta post where I explain certain story choices etc. Also if anyone wants to make their own content for this AU I wouldn't mind, in fact: I'd be delighted and scream (in a good way!)
Either way, thanks again! The reception has been super sweet. This fandom may be small but goodness is it passionate. I'm real grateful.

But!! Its existence inspired me to make my own! A sea strider and a kids Halloween costume was the main inspirations, as I love when his skins keep the childish vibe! Such as snowfallen for example
