This! This is actually so important and we often overlook it and puss ourselves over our limits, which isn't bad overall, but dumb if we aren't careful
Self-care isn't selfish; it's necessary. Take the time to prioritize your well-being.

I'm back to the routine of classes, and I'm more dependent on coffee than ever.

Day 22

Lifesavers🙌🙌
Being a dropper I can tell you, you will thank yourself a week before exam for making formula-sheets.
No matter how much we study, stress levels are on the peak at that time... I felt like crying 10-12 times in one day when NEET 2020 was approaching.
Be prepared 🙌🙌

Hii Tumblr People! Last night was full of emotions for me. The person I love is not well and it worries me to the core. I've been trying my best to be with him and I'll continue to do so. However, I really wish he gets better quickly. It makes me sick when he is sick too. His jacket is the only thing that gives me comfort when I feel sick like this.
Besides that, I've had online classes and I'm trying my best to catch up with my revisions. Fun fact about me: I do accounting.

4/100 Days of Productivity 💪🏻
54 days to the final exams ✨
I love to learn in the presence of plants 🪴 Yesterday I was listening to lectures and today I was doing chemical calculations 👩🔬 It was a very enjoyable an productive weekend.
Exam season is officially over for me!
I started studying during the year, trying to stay afloat (towards the end it was a bit too much too soon for me), and when exam season started i tried to be kind to myself.
I never gave up reading fantasy books, watching sports, going out with friends; if i got home late at night, tired after a day of studying out, i just went to bed, even though i could've forced some more studying.
It felt like i could've pushed more, spent more time going over the courses, but it was enough - i prioritized myself, avoided burnout, made studying more enjoyable and it all paid off.
This is me temporarily signing off
- a student who passed all of her exams with flying colors
You can do this too.
And at the end of the day... What matters most is if you felt alive
What is the point of high grades if you went days in a row without feeling the sun on your skin, without hearing the birds and without smelling a flower?
Studying is important. Being prepared for your future is important.
But living is even more so.
Don't forget to cherish the small joys of life
1/6 exams to go
We're all just humans
And to be human means to make mistakes.
And that's perfectly ok.
Learning to embrace making mistakes means learning to love yourself a little bit more (and at the end of the day, that's what really matters)
2/6 exams to go
Taking breaks is essential to a productive study session
Take a break. You'll waste more time trying to process information with a tired brain than you'd "waste" taking a brain to clear you mind and help the information settle.
After an exam, I've always found it hard to get right back into studying, even if it's for another course (maybe even worse when doing a big switch between unrelated courses).
I have a golden rule of not studying during exam days - not before the exam (it only makes me more anxious and less focused) and not after the exam (brain is mush at that point).
3/6 exams to go
I highly recommend it.
To conquer the world you still have to go step by step about it
This past year i found that no matter how great the challenge, it helps me immensely to stay calm (ignore my panic) and just start working towards my goals systematically.
Starting is the hardest part.
4/6 exams to go
Study for what you love and it will never feel like studying.
I tried all semester long to stay afloat with the courses as to not be overwhelmed during exam season
Now the exams started and I'm able to enjoy learning about things that I'm passionate about
5/6 exams to go (i absolutely nailed the first one)
Exam season is all about balance.
Study too much, you burn out
Study too little, you won't enjoy the results
So, here's my recent attempt at balance.
6/6 exams to go
When the going gets tough… study, study harder📚✨.
To all the students studying during RMO you have my respect
That someone is none other than My biology lecturer 😪
When you’re really sleepy..
Everything is a mess including my life and my grades 🤦♀️😪
